"Packers will lose to Detroit next week."

Only because they will play Flynn part of the time. Geared up, they would kick Detroit's ass. Mathews and Woodsen make up for lots of injured lineman.

Not worried about the Pack re-playing the Giants in the post season? Famous last words, I know, but... I think the Giants are finally getting that post-season attitude that I give Tom Coughlin credit for as they have done a good job getting there under his watch.

BTW, despite this being vacation week, junior has two invitational track meets: a relay meet today and conventional meet tomorrow. Both his 50m and 300m times shattered his personal best from last year and were the best among all 10 teams in our league qualifier meet (timewise qualifying him for "ESPN State Elite" status), which is interesting because he only had a week of practice after football and the track he ran it on was crappy, implying a speed rather than endurance increase (which I told him happened to me at his age as well).
