Don't know who this writer is -----------what I do sense is that she or he is 100% wrong on Boehner. The strategy is in place. Nothing was saved for the majority of Americans in the bill--------Obama's Senate is now in the situation where they have denied the part of the bill that Boehner and the house sent to them on the pipeline that would have helped America. . They voted against the bill sent to them by Boehner and the House that included the pipeline. Now they must explain that original vote to the citizens-----if they can, otherwise lose their seats. The Republican House was compassionate in giving a Christmas Present to those who apparently needed it the most. mj
