It would be interesting to know what the overhead costs in traditional toll booth roads are but reporters never ask the interesting questions.

The Seattle Times sez "About one-fourth of tolls charged will be spent to operate the system, pay insurance and credit card fees or go uncollected". I wonder how that compares with the overhead of the average lemonade stand?
