Jim, I have a problem with my keyboard, A HP system. It misses characters and sometimes types characters twice. HP has known about this problem, they have mentioned about this on their website. But since my system is out of warranty (20 months old) they want $90 to give me the fix. I can buy a i7 system for $500 so why should I want an upgrade to a Pentium system for that money. anyway, I will not but HP anymore. Now I know why their computer business is in this sorry state. Anyway, going back to my point, it is H.W. and twice he thought he was the right choice. Second time he was proven wrong.
