Excellent. That thug is a prime candidate for a Mobile Court Unit that picks him up, arraigns him, tries him en route to the gas chamber, convicts him as they arrive, and executes within the hour. Plenty of evidence. Remember! The law requires "beyond a reasonable doubt" to convict. This case, like many cases with video evidence and numerous eye-witnesses, has evidence that is beyond even a shadow of a doubt. The time from "suspect" to "executed felon" should be measured in minutes in a case like this, not decades. Why release him and allow him to hurt others?
