Jim,

Back in ancient times (prior to 1982) before we entered the new pardigm where everyone will get rich holding equities, one could often find stocks selling at unbelievably low levels vs. assets.

Now you have to be holding stock in a relic with no value such as gold to see a similar situation.

Seriously there was a time where the prudent investor had an edge. Proper due diligence would lead to situations like this.

Hopefully there isn't a disaster out there that no one has foreseen that will eat up the cash.

Dwight

I e-mailed this to Miramar, will let you know if and when they reply>
Please advise if there is any fiscal reason for the recent drop of the
stock to $2 us? Or is this just sentiment at the moment?
Is there a writedown of properties on the horizon?
A prompt reply is appreciated! Bill Jepsen FBC Investors.
