Can you say what percent of dilution there actually is?

Well, there's 39m BORL shares outstanding (according to Bloomberg, give or take a few). We know 12.5m will be issued. So, if you held 100% of BORL before, you'll know own 39 / 51.5 = 75.7% of BORL aftewards.

It all depends on what you mean as dilution; i.e. what you're taking as a percentage of what. I reckon 100% ownership -> 50% ownership is 50% dilution and not 100%, so I'd call it about 24%.

And what your projection for BORL's price in a year is, given these changes?

Haven't a clue, but I reckon upwards of $15 is a safe bet. My guess is that by then all the smoke will have cleared and their positive direction will be all the more apparent.

Wish I knew what other stocks you own

Nothing much is the honest answer! BORL is by far the majority of my holdings. Incidentally, just because I can divide a few numbers here and there doesn't mean I'm any more right about stock picking than the man on the Clapham omnibus <g>. (but I'll take on most people when it comes to interest rate arbitrage!)

Neil.
