As far as fundamentals, I'm not sure - they're looking for a new president - but with Doug Casey and Mike Schaefer set to recommend the company in full reports, I think it's fair to say that bodes well for the stock. Before the company goes into Ukraine and spends a lot of money, it wants to obtain more data on the oil fields, wells, history etc - this is happening now. I'm not sure when they'll have all their data and be ready to drill or do whatever work they want to do.
