Yes, there are. But most, if not all of them, have as a starting point, electing a Republican.

Correction: electing someone who will provide leadership in a fight to restore fiscal prudence, promote free trade and free markets, shrink government, reduce regulation, and fix the tax code.

With fiscal prudence being first, second, and third.

I am admittedly a horrible researcher/finder of comments/statements that linger in the www, but I've done my best and still can't find where Gingrich said what you claim he said. Would you/could you please post a link?
