Maybe you don't know what heartless is?" I think it is probably very uncommon for anyone to be truly heartless. Almost all humans care about something or someone. It is who and what you value that defines you as a person. If you care about a rapist exactly the same as you care about one who respects human rights, then that could perhaps be termed heartless...
