Obama tried to prevent Boeing from opening a plant in the US. Obama tried to close down Gibson guitar. Obama added more to the debt than any previous President. Obama has prevented the US from developing our own natural resources. Obama ran guns into Mexico that killed hundreds of Mexicans and a US border agent/former marine. Obama selected an Attorney General that selectively applies the law. Obama handed out hundreds of million to his cronies(Solyndra). Obama prevented the US economy from recovering with his policies. Obama created a new seriously flawed nationalized healthcare system. Obama put the nation on a path to bankruptcy. Obama etc, etc...

I know the background of all the republican candidates and I'm basing my opinions on what I believe is best for the country. What I care about most is electing the person who understands who we are, where we are, how we got here, and has the will to stop it. Business in this country is great but the greatness of this country is not business. Among other things, the greatness is allowing people to create business with govt out of the way. I believe Newt Gingrich understands that better than Mitt Romney. Both Newt Gingrich and Mitt Romney have made cogent arguments. Newt Gingrich writes books about it and imo is the only one who understands best what the Founding Fathers envisioned........what a Republic should be. I could be wrong, but I wouldn't know because Romney rarely speaks or writes of it. We have a strong foundation to work from. We either embrace it or we don't. In my opinion this is crucial to our survival, and 2012 is the time to decide.
