I learned today that the class action law firm is intervening in the Trustee's law suit against the SEC. This suit is intended to force the SEC to turn over the monies they have accrued from the SEXI situation. This amount as best I can determine is in excess of $10 million with the expectation of more to come. In regards to the mission of the SEC vrs the Trustee-The SEC could be viewed as the champion of the shareholders while the Trustee is the champion of the creditors. It will be quite interestuing to see how this shakes out.
