Exactly. One cannot simplify this decision. It just becomes a talking point instead of the reality of this decision.

Yes it is... note all the jobs flowing to third world.

<employers have to take into consideration many more things than just the wages they have to pay. >

Of course, no one said differently... the point is labour HAS BEEN and continues to be the most important issue. When jobs stop flowing to cheap labour and there is some stabilization let me know... then other factors become more important.
