E.g. logic like: certainly XTR would want to protect their reputation and therefore it's a "safe bet" they would have done testing to validate JBII's fuel before any agreement. On the other hand, logic such as Mr. Bordynuik saying in June 2010 that processor #1 would be in "full commercial production" as soon as the air permit is received and then receiving the air permit and announcing commercial operations...well that's not apparent at all to them that processor #1 should have been in full commercial production for a year already...which is odd because a year ago they also took that as a given that processor #1 was producing 24/7.
