WOW,

When I worked for Chevy in Chicago 1976 - 1981 the Toll was 35 cents - they reduced it to 30 cents because they were paying off the bonds too quickly.

Paradigm shift in this world eh?

My real estate taxes for 2011 vs 2010 went up 103.94 per month.

Texas went up and my 2 properties in Wisconsin went down.

Still have no income taxes here in Texas - so I guess I should not complain.

Need to build my 401k so it earns enough to pay my tax bill every year - that has been my long term plan.

I'm close buy not quite at these low interest rates.

Bob
