RECY...looks like it's gapping up at open. Bid/ask already at 8 1/4.

Is there an IL line for RECY Doug? Looks like a fast rise again....

(or anyone from Annapolis for that matter...you all know how to do it now, right? ;) anyone know if there's an IL and where it's at around now?)
