sinclap: hey, long time no see... wrt FTR I have not seen anything yet about when the annual divvy will be paid... can't find anything on their website either... dividend.com has the following to say about it: "Frontier Communications has yet to announce when their next dividend payout will be..."

So I guess we will have to wait and see... perhaps this is part of why they remain oversold? The uncertainty about divvy capture?

However, I haven't read anything that suggests they are not still committed to maintaining the current divvy until they digest the new org/structure after spinning off from CTL, etc. They said early this year they were committed to maintaining the divvy for 1-3 years and then intend to begin increasing it again... I'm watching as I continue to give them the benefit of the doubt on this... and actually enjoyed the sp bust this year as it meant significant reinvestment shares... this becomes less advantageous I suppose on some levels with an annual payout vs. quarterly, but it also signals that they are serious about shepherding their cash flow and thus the divvy through this period and come out the other side as intended... we'll see... bears keeping an eye on, but I'm sticking with them for the time being... I look at it as a somewhat spec play in the divvy universe, and their mindset seems to be to mimic their big brothers like VZ and T -- i.e., be a divvy grower telecom ute.

Time will tell as always.

Best,
Jim
PS. Hope all is going well for you and fwiw, have not held any AAPL since I changed my primary focus to divvy growth -- but also have no regrets holding AAPL from $3.51 cost basis until selling last shares at $380.

Where is the info that FTR is moving to an annual dividend? I haven't heard anything about that.
