Do you believe it's due to the economic development of the region that birthrates are declining?

It's been the prevalent theory that high birth rates correlate with poverty, as parents rely upon having a lot of children for cheap farm labor, as well as care in retirement..

Having large families in an urban environment reverses that cost/benefit analysis.. In a city a large family is a liability.

What thinkest thou?

Hawk

This could also be correlated with a decline in the influence of the Vatican in LATAM.
