Ann, and threaders, just returned from San Antonio, Texas. Interesting trip. Many of the individuals I spoke with who described themselves as the middle class and lower, stated that Perry used the emotional issues of abortion, and stem cell research as one of the main forces to win election in Texas, and now using the same approach in his run for President. A couple of the individuals who were minority stated that when the middle class become members of the lower class that they will revert to a communistic philosophy and seek mass rebellion. Hope this statement is not true. However, when the masses are limited in their ability to feed, shelter and provide clothing for their families all hell can break lose.

This language used, is some of the most radical language which I have heard in a long time. Another, aspect which I did know was that the there is a Mexican Mafia located in the San Antonio area. Perhaps some of you can share some light on this subject.

Probably, most of us on this site would be considered in the affluent class.
