Why not scale into FTR? The bottom may be in or near if one still believes in charts in this algo-trading volatile market, but FTR may go lower after Q1 results if their financials give off a whiff of concern for being able to avoid cutting the divvy.

<Seems that FTR's focus on servicing the rural needs is a captive market for them with very little or no competition.>

Precisely why I am willing to give this one some slack, while watching it closely -- along with their stated intention to not cut the divvy.

Most posting on this board have also changed focus to dividend growers.
