Now though, we [meaning the people who can] are doing genetic engineering. So we can make life to order. Much more accurately than the old processes using eugenics [mostly by women but men helped too]. Now we know which genes need to be eliminated [or can be considered for it anyway - such as cystic fibrosis, Parkinsons, and myriad others].

I have invested in eugenics via Complete Genomics. That's not what they say their purpose is, but I expect the knowledge provided will be very useful for women to do just that.
