I have been running Android 4.0 ICS Passion AOSP (Android Open Source Project) rom for 2 weeks now on my Galaxy S Vibrant... works beautifully... that's the beauty of Android & open source...

BTW, does anyone have any idea when will Apple start reporting what percentage of their crappy phones run the different iOS versions like Google does???? The only data I know comes from third parties and last showed that from all iphone3GS/4/4S, 63% were running iOS3 or iOS4 while thy did not say anything for the iphone and iphone 3G which are stuck to iOS3 and earlier. It would be nice to have an official number month to month like google provides... unless they are trying to hide the fact how fragmented their ecosystem is...

I should have added that android has also quick official updates phones. They are the Nexus line of phones. Android is all about choice.
