wE JUST GOT DOWNgraded! Philip Its a nice thought but wont happen. The mgt will want a significant premium that most co's wont be willing to pay. How low can we go?

Philip and all, there isn't going to be any takeover ever for MUEI....who wants them?? Why should CPQ, DELL, or IBM buy them out when they are squeezing them out of business as it is. I am tired of this company and their shenanigans, I am going to take my losses here and bail before MUEI heads into single digits. They are going to miss earnings bigtime here, by what 20%, and how the hell are they going to sell this huge inventory they have when there are pricing pressures from everywhere? I'm disgusted with this BS. Brian
