Given how the Houston-Tennessee game turned out where the Jets needed Houston to win, it's a good thing the Jets took it upon themselves to lose in typical throw-your-beer-bottle-at-the-TV fashion. Tennessee fumbled while simply trying to run the clock out, Houston had a dramatic touchdown to pull within a point, and opted for two to win the game outright (they were locked into the #3 seed so why prolong the game and get someone hurt). WIth two 1000 yard rushers, you figured piece of cake. But, no, first they jump offsides, then the shotgun snap sails over the QB's head, game over. Now it's Tennessee's time to scoreboard watch while the Jets clean out their lockers and everyone tries to forget their horrendous season.
