My question is which number is fixed, the sale price of $150MM or the 0.89188 conversion ratio at transaction date.

Which do you think? <g> Which number just rolls off your tongue, and which one wouldn't you think of in a million years?

Neil.

John,

What can you tell us about each of these licensing agreements that Visigenic has with companies like Oracle and Sun, etc. What does it mean in terms of revenue and potential bottom line. If a license agreement is signed with another company for the same product, is this clear profit after sales and overhead costs, or is some portion of product development costs somehow allocated to the new agreement.

One way or another, how much is each new licensing agreement worth?

I apologize for the wording of these questions. Once I understand the process a little more, I can be more specific. In any event, your assistance is appreciated. TIA.

Sam
