If chemistry and physics could spontaneously generate information coding systems, it would have happened millions of times (would be happening now) with wildly different coding systems being found in different creatures. Not just different DNA but different coding languages ... There would be some languages where codons were made up of four or five or more RNA bases, a particular codon would code for different amino acids in different languages, etc. But we don't see that.
