If I were president, I would have already rejected the Keystone XL pipeline -- I wouldn't need to study it any more...TransCanada is not a credible partner and our environment is way to precious and we can't afford to gamble with our nation's groundwater...and then there's the top scientist from NASA who says that by going ahead with any version of Keystone XL we are going to go over the tipping point when it comes to unleashing the harmful effects of Global Warming...Obama should just say NO and clearly explain the reasons to the American voters in an Oval Office speech.
