Right! Such a plan has the effect of diluting the revenue for such programs and multiplying the expenses. That's my principal objection to them, which I expressed in an employee meeting some years ago. I don't think I made too many friends that day. I don't care what people do behind closed doors unless it starts to impact me, and this is an example of how it does. Nobody seems to realize that. We are trying to figure out how my wife got on the DNC's mailing list, because we are getting solicitations from them and the ACLU. It's really funny, because when I first started dating her I had to assure her mother that I was a Republican. I enjoy filling out their forms and answering with "When pigs fly." It doesn't seem to deter their mailing additional solicitations. I haven't gotten to the point of mailing a box of rocks back to them with their postage paid envelop.
