I can believe it and I strongly agree with your assessment, my friend. The ones who feel that way are cowards. I wonder what they have to say about the Congressional Black Caucus, affirmative action, gerrymandering, etc.? Do they simply pretend it doesn't happen or do they think it's justified because of slavery back in the 19th century and earlier? We're in the 21st century now. I've never owned a slave or known a slave. I look around the nation and all I see is direct opposite, where Blacks and Browns move to the front of the line because they are Black or Brown, and Whites are dispossessed by the government we elected. How can any White conservative sit on the sidelines or take a backseat on these issues? It's mind boggling. Complete balkanization is inevitable; the sooner the better. As for the faux-conservatives who scolded you, if they want to subjugate themselves and their families to the bad parts of America after it balkanizes, let them. The gene pool does not need them or their ilk. -ng-
