I'm loving the action today, but with each passing day I become more convinced that systematically stockpiling PMs is the only course of action.

In the end, nations, currencies, and civilizations collapse and fall or wither and die on the vine while new ones rise. With a trunk of PMs, one can seek out the best bang for one's metals because it is universally accepted. The same cannot be said for paper. If the clownbuck collapses and a new clowncurrency is introduced, the first thing a clownmarket would do would be to compare the value of the new currency to... [drum roll]

...you know it!!! PMs and REMs!

Also, I submit to you that the timeless game of rock, paper, scissors is a fallacy. Paper is supposed to defeat rock by covering it up, and rock is supposed to crush scissors. Bull$hit! Metal scissors can be melted down, composited, and turned into a pounding chisel that destroys rock and paper. Go metal! -vbg-

Plus, one cannot hide land. Government hit men can find and occupy one's land. Gold and silver can be hidden. I'm just sayin'. -vbg-
