Yes, they are GIDDY WITH OPTIMISM on CNBC this morning. I personally won't be "Giddy with Optimism" until the Supreme Court declares Obama"Care" unconstitutional, congress nullifies the provisions in the National Defence Appropriations Act that give the administration power to deem U.S. citizens a threat to security as an excuse incarcerate them without due processes and/or execute them (http://www.aclu.org/national-security/president-obama-signs-indefinite-detention-bill-law), and until it's clear that the white house will change hands. I just heard a replay of a caller to the Mark Levin radio program about OBAMACARE. The caller was a NEUROSURGEON returning from a Neurosurgeon Conference about the impact of OBAMACARE on that field. He ought to know something. He cites from DHS rules that will go into effect - we'll probably get to hear about them AFTER THE ELECTION. Here's the ALARMING REALITY: - Under OBAMACARE, you are NOT A PATIENT: YOU ARE "A UNIT"! - IF YOU (as "a unit") HAVE A BRAIN BLEED (STROKE), ARE OVER 70 years of age, and SHOW UP IN A HOSPITAL EMERGENCY ROOM NEEDING CARE; a PANEL OF ADMINISTRATORS AT DHS must meet and DECIDE whether or not you get "ADVANCED CARE" (ie. needed brain surgery). Of course you know that SUCH PANELS WILL NOT BE WORKING AT 3AM WHEN YOU URGENTLY NEED SUCH CARE! Most people OVER 70 YEARS OLD will get "COMFORT CARE", INSTEAD OF the brain surgery they need. The elderly are being thrown under the bus! This is what the Neurosurgeons have in effect been told by DHS! HEAVEN SAVE AMERICA from OBAMA and his "CARE" and "CHANGE"!
