I don't know why/how this bill slipped by so easily like this without the activists in both parties forcefully pushing against it.

It's creepy, I tell you it's creepy. Just not "right".

It's really very simple. If the GOP tried to do this on their own, all hell would have broken loose. But because Obama is in charge, many of the civil libertarians that would have skewered the GOP for doing this, have given him a pass, because he's such a "good dude" and he's a Democrat.

zeta, this is how Democracy dies. We're watching it happen and it is happening at an alarming pace.
