(AP) – Police have shot and killed an armed 15-year-old student at a middle school in Texas. A Brownsville police detective says police received a call around 8am today about a person with a weapon. Police found the gunman, a student at the school, in a hallway and shot him. The school was immediately placed on lockdown; no one else was injured.

I believe all money collected from hunting and fishing licenses in NY are used for management and research..isn't that a tax..??
