Hate to say it, but your statement really appeared racist by this white boy. Maybe its your lack of social skills. For your edification, anytime that you're talking to or about a person with a oriental appearing name or facial/body features, do not use the word "yellow" to describe their character or appearance. Also, your tendency to put down others to boost your ego actually takes away from any credibility you have. Not only is James G. Goss a racist, but he is also mentally sick. First, you have to read this guy's own posts - his own uncensored words - to see that he doesn't have the kind of grip on reality that normal people have. If I had known that he was already on the edge when I aggressively challenged him to define vision a few months ago, I would have never done so. Read his barely coherent posts and tell me those are not the ramblings of a mentally sick person. On July 10, 1997, he wrote as a response to another person... Please when responding to my comments learn how to spell and use good english. I have no respect for a person who writes as you do therefore, your comments are not relevant. I have been in the investment business far longer than you and have made money because I know when a CEO is blowing smoke. techstocks.com But his owns posts have consistently been barely coherent and replete with grammatical mistakes that his daughter probably doesn't make anymore!! Only a madman who 'knows management and CEO's[sic]' would try to play the bigshot and look to replace management with a crew that can repeal the laws of supply and demand such as those currently at play in the DD industry. The fact of the matter is I consider James G. Goss mentally ill and I am totally indifferent to his plight. You are all witnesses to the fact that I don't attack him unprovoked. You are all witnesses to the fact that he is the one initiating the attacks. Witnesses are necessary now because I think this guy is mentally imploding in full view. I had thought that he just relished the idea of spraying his piss on the pool of data that we were building on these boards. Now, it looks like he's doing it with sickly piss. I suspect what this guy really wants to do is play the victim to a crowd. I guess nobody on the other boards listens to him anymore. But let's be realistic and frank. Who has time for that? I suggest that in the interest of a smoother flow of data we all ignore James G. Goss when he becomes shrill,incoherent and hysterical. Maybe, the more charitable among us can engage him in the rare times that he is actually lucid and non-combative, and lure him into a healthy exchange of data. I currently don't own SEG, or any DD maker, but that doesn't mean that the due diligence doesn't continue, especially since I continue to believe that the fundamental case for storage remains strong (See below for a description of the home server, an early convergence app that looks like a killer). Irrespective of who started this personal vendetta, you have no justifications for making racist remark (even though you are denying it). As far as one can tell, you are the coward: you hide behind pen names (Golfer9 and stmarket) from which you launch your personal attacks. You must be feeling pretty brave thinking no one knows your identity and therfore you can dislay your true color without being held accountable. What one puts in ones personal file is no conern of yours; it's a personal choice. I would not be surprised that some participants put "junks" in them just for fun. Who are you to pass judgement? No one can consistently call a stock price correctly. If Gus incorrectly predicted the price of SEG, he has a lot of company. What makes you think that is reason enough to attack him? "I have said for months that management had lost it. They never told the truth months ago and they saw the problem and if they did not, they should leave. Good old Al should leave." Again you are flattering yourself thinking you know it all. Maybe SEG management did lose it and lied but how can you be certain? Oftentimes, we failed to get enough solid info about a company to make reasonable deductions. This is further complicated by variables such as rumors, misinterpretations, misinformation.... If you had kept your cool and though over the situation, it might have occured to you that I had responded to a particular remark and you happened to be the one that made it. If Gus had made that remark instead of you, I would have responded to him instead of you. For you well being, you might want to stop calling people fool. "Finally you should know what a racist statement really is." Pardon my ignorance, Mr Golfer9; do educate me. Your postings clearly indicates you are obnoxious and an egomaniac. It seems you view those who disagree with you as fools and dumbos. It takes a fool to call others fools. Perhaps, you should re-think. This is my last posting to you.
