Not really. The context comes from the Old Testament command, which Jesus is referring to, to love your neighbor as yourself. That only means if you're cold and you would put on a coat, give your shivering neighbor your other coat. It's in line with John the Baptist's statement "He who has two tunics, let him give to him who has none; and he who has food, let him do likewise." So, self love is about these practical considerations you have for your own needs - nothing more.
