Stan, I only lost a relatively small amount of money, and most were on options. I can live with the lost. I just dont like the fact that the public and shareholders were told certain things by managment as well as certain brokers, individuals and hypesters. As for me I dont plan on getting any money back. But, I do know as a fact there are people out there with with much larger resources who are upset over the course of events. To me getting any compensation is secondary, but under RICO, triple damages may be assumed. I just feel that peole should be responsible for their actions. Happy trading. BTW, I actualy did a good move for a "stupid physician", I sold some zitel last month at 22 for a small profit and bought AT&T.
