the liberal/progressive Mitt Romney

Four years ago, Romney was seen as the conservative alternative to "liberal/progressive" McCain.

The key fact is - anybody in the race would be far better than Obama.

That is why it is so critical to get the right people into the Congress.

Until that is done, we will continue to see the establishment RINOs in line.

We need at least three or four more 2010 election results in the House and Senate before real quality conservative candidates will actually have a shot at winning the POTUS.

Meanwhile, we vote for the McCains, the Doles etc. as the alternative.

BTW, I see McCain's endorsement of Romney as a payback for Romney supporting McCain in his last senate run. Secondly, I suspect McCain would not refuse the VP or the DOD job should it be offered by Romney.
