I still say something is really wrong here. That FDC transaction where PEga bought code back from FDC, and then FDC bought software from PEGA over time - very, very fishy. Reminds me of the $60MM IFMX hardware swap transaction. IF it is a reseller deal, how can Pega know with certainty when the product will be installed at an FDC customer? Shege - I think you are right to take your PEGA profit and run. And, I am quite concerned to hear of some non-Americans on the Internet. Bad enough there are non-Californians. notice how all the good stuff makes it way from the US to elsewhere - like fast food, automatic transmissions, and disco?
