I notice how they are blaming Honest John and Baldwin 100%, leaving plenty of room to amend the complaint when he starts rolling on the promoters who really put him up to it. Not to mention the conspiracy participated in by the PIPE investors.

In its complaint, the Commission seeks permanent injunctions, disgorgement plus prejudgment interest, and civil penalties against all three defendants, and officer and director bars against Bordynuik and Baldwin. Wait, who's the third defendant? The company itself?
