But isn't that what all this is about? Packing the Gummint with enough conservatives that will do the right thing is about the only thing that's going to save our ass.... Well that and an whole bunch of pressure from the TEA Partiers similar groups and regular citizens. The government is only what we allow it to be.........

I fear you're right, but let's at least elect individuals who will lower the rates. That is the only thing that will light a spark to this economy. Although at the rate the debt is rising, it's probably too late.
