One of the reasons Gary's board has been so popular over the years is that we never had to deal with posters pumping their scams on this board. It's hard enough trying to find "real companies" trading down here without having to deal with these scams. I feel sorry for some of the shareholders that got stuck in JBII today but they had ample warnings from posters on this board.

Hope you get well soon, Gary! Really miss you buddy!

I think we can all say that some vindication has been given to those who were correctly skeptical of the JBII pumpers.

On the same token, we know which posters are "guilty" of pumping those stocks, and we can discount their future posts accordingly.

However, I believe there were also some regulars here that for some reason or another supported JBII without rising to that spam or pumping level. To THOSE posters: sorry if you lost any money, keep working diligently here on the board and we will find the legit moneymakers.

Not a single thing about P2O was mentioned in the lawsuit -- it's 100% over media credits from 3 years ago. The media credits litigation was a known risk since the Wells Notice back in Jully. Nothing you stated about P2O was true -- in reality, the very fact that not a single thing about P2O was mentioned by the SEC despite the investigation is very positively telling.

>>> I wonder if the SEC will look into message board posters who make false claims about relationships with larger companies like OXY, GM, and Chrysler? <<<

False claims?

Not quite.
