Patrick: Feel free to short ERC at your leisure. Whatever its merits or demerits (it is a development stage company - in five years it might be $250 per share, or it might be zero) at least its books aren't cooked, and it is not run by a convicted felon with numerous run-ins with the law and securities regulators. I recommended ERC here as a trade at $17.25; by the next morning it was $20.50 before selling off. If I am not mistaken, someone on this thread (Jeff maybe?) even complimented my call, so your memory of it not being a good trade is faulty.
