It only makes sense that if someone doesn't believe they are prepared or ready....... I agree. We should not want to set up a fine young talent to fail and potentially blow their chance at big things in the future. For example - Rubio is in his early 40s. He may really not be ready for the pounding that somebody like Romney will receive. He could be in the next administration for 8 years and still be less than 50 years old in 2020 when he might feel ready or prepared.
