I am certain VCM is looking forward to better times and we will see better valuations of the stock in the near future. I came to own this one originally because I had shares in Spectrum Signal Processing which Vecima now owns. The conference call did not say anything about this division which seems to be just treading water, I think the DSP technology at Spectrum has been useful for development of Vecima's main products

spectrumsignal.com

but it really hasn't developed any significant revenue growth streams on it s own, awesome technology but only small specialized markets. This is a tough industry to be in, recently a similar company, Lyrtech - LTK.v was taken over by creditors.

I think Vecima still owns a lot of share inn Red Line Communications - RDL.t but not enough to report as a separate item and that seems to be doing well.
