You are "mischaracterizing" again. I don't believe I or anyone ever said the money had nothing to do with it. Certainly it was a factor but by no means the only or deciding factor as you seem to believe.

What exactly are you basing your claim that it was "certainly" "by no means the only or deciding" factor? The evidence overwhelmingly shows that it WAS the deciding factor, up to and including discussions between the chief executives of DELL and Intel.

Your inability to understand the many other factors involved was what earned you the monicker "Parts is Parts".

No, your personal need to attack my credibility, as if the conclusions re: Intel's payments to DELL were originated by me, is where that nugget of BS came from. Meanwhile, the SEC's evidence and their conclusions based on it remain, unaddressed by you except for simple incredulity. I.e. "pooh-pooh the SEC."

Notice that nobody called you a liar, only ill informed. That's not a crime but something most people would seek to remedy.

How am I "ill informed", when my information is coming from the SEC investigation? The sum-total of Intel's involvement/explanation was: "We are not a party to this lawsuit." Are you saying that the SEC is untrustworthy?

The public evidence indicates that Intel paid DELL to exclude AMD.

There is NO public evidence that indicates otherwise.

All you have are speculative, unsubstantiated, unquantifiable excuses that pooh-pooh the entire SEC case... Yet YOU'RE the one making claims with "certainty".
