You have no basis to make definitive claims regarding the legality of the rebates. It never stopped you. You've called them illegal with no basis other than an accusation and your interpretation of one side's evidence. No Court of Law has ever agreed with you either So it stands, Intel has never been found guilty by a Court of Law. They stand Innocent. I have no reason to distrust the SEC and their interpretation of the evidence they had access to. That's why it's so important that both sides be heard. People like you will hear accusations that they desperately want to believe, on a topic they can't possibly understand and decide without caring about what the defendant has to say. You are exactly the reason why we need a fair system of justice.
