Hi Jin! The reason CVIA is at 4 cents now, instead of 50 cents or a $1.00 is because of poor decisions on the part of the "old management."

But the reason I think CVIA is such a tremendous "buy" now at 4 cents is because of the strong decisions and the positive direction by the New Management. The difference has been like night and day!

CVIA was almost "dead" last August. But the "new" people there are doing some amazing things to revive this company.

What they are doing is providing a "clean" shell for a private company that wants to go public. So the implications for shareholders, in my opinion, have to be GOOD. We will have a company that has substance instead of a company that had nothing.
