In a strong economy where CAP utilisation is 84% to live thru a flattened curve on the short end is what I meant-I was not referring to the entire yield curve imagine if short end interest rates remain the same and bond yields fall to 5.5% we will have a inverted yield curve in no time, this is a step towards that and I think market has overblown fears about slowdown from ASEANS>
