After hepatitus A got me 24 years ago, and just about killed me literally, I watch food workers like a hawk.... While at a pancake type place a couple of years ago, the employee who was to be cleaning tables, did a slap dash attempt at cleaning...and did it with a dirty rag no less. I really raised h*ll with the manager! Also watch and see that someone who is handling money doesn't handle your food.... "A" is the type that is supposed to be rather benign....BUT not always! That stuff caused me to be very sick for some time, high fevers like 104-105.5, felt like I was sleeping on sharp small rocks, in the hospital for 10 days, etc etc....Turns out the Doc thought I might not make it. Glad he didn't tell me that....but I knew it was pretty grim.... "A" can be caused by faulty seafood, or not washing hands after using the restroom.... Don't worry about reporting someone...better to do that than have them die of something pretty terrible....
