NAND versus Logic - it's like Ale versus Lager.
They both use identical ingredients - the only difference is Ales use top fermenting yeast and Lagers use bottom fermenting yeast and you end up with two completely types/flavors of beer.

The ROI is driven by the large Level 3 (L3) caches that allow workloads to stay on chip instead of going to DRAM.
The cache ("memory portion") is very different from the logic portion but both are integrated into one chip.
Perhaps I am completely wrong but it's like integrating the "controller portion" directly into a NAND memory chip.
